Hall of Fame
During her time at Orange Lutheran, Elizabeth Brehm was a three-sport athlete, competing in softball, basketball, and volleyball. However, she was a star in softball and basketball. As a sophomore, she helped lead the Lancers girls basketball squad to the CIF Southern Section Small Schools championship game. The same year, she was named to the All-CIF team. In 1980, Elizabeth was once again an All-CIF performer, and in 1981, she was named to the All CIF-SSÂ Second Team, when the Lancers won the CIF-SS Small Schools Championship.Â
On the softball field, Elizabeth was a four-year varsity player and was named the All-CIF Utility Player in 1980, her junior year. That same year, the Lancers made it to the semifinals in the CIF-SS Small Schools Division. In 1981, Liz was named the Lancer's Most Inspirational Player.Â
Elizabeth is the youngest of the three Brehm children to come through Orange Lutheran. Her sister, Pam, and her brother, Paul, are both graduates. They were notable athletes in their own right.Â
