Incoming Freshman Sports Performance Camp

Get stronger and move better with our High School Strength Performance Camp! Tailored specifically for high school athletes, this camp offers expert guidance and progressions to help participants reach their peak performance. Led by certified strength and conditioning coaches, students will learn proper lifting techniques, develop muscular strength, improve coordination, and enhance overall athleticism. With a focus on safety and injury prevention, our camp provides a supportive Christian environment for athletes to learn the basics and push their limits to achieve their goals. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or new to strength training, join us and unlock your full potential this summer!

Limited to Incoming Freshmen OLu Student Athletes in these programs: Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Flag Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, STUNT, Tennis, Track, Volleyball, Water Polo, and Wrestling. This camp is FREE, but advanced registration is required. Space is limited.


Incoming Freshman Sports Performance Camp – All incoming athletes in this sport must attend the FREE Incoming Freshman Sports Performance Camp and select ONLY ONE of the following sessions: 
July 20–23 (12:00–1:00 P.M.)
July 27–30 (12:00–1:00 P.M.)
August 3–6 (12:00–1:00 P.M.)


Sports Performance
