Incoming Freshman Sports Performance Camp

Get stronger and move better with our High School Strength Performance Camp! Tailored specifically for high school athletes, this camp offers expert guidance and progressions to help participants reach their peak performance. Led by certified strength and conditioning coaches, students will learn proper lifting techniques, develop muscular strength, improve coordination, and enhance overall athleticism. With a focus on safety and injury prevention, our camp provides a supportive Christian environment for athletes to learn the basics and push their limits to achieve their goals. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or new to strength training, join us and unlock your full potential this summer!
 

Incoming Freshman Strength Performance Camp

Participation in the Incoming Freshman Sports Performance Camp is MANDATORY for students who plan to participate in athletics physical education (APE) during their freshman year. The following sports take part in APE: Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Flag Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, STUNT, Tennis, Track, Volleyball, Water Polo, and Wrestling. Sign up for ONE of the sessions below. 

Session #1: July 20–23
Session #2: July 27–30
Session #3: August 3–6



Sports Performance
