Bubba Reynolds
Bubba Reynolds M.Ed., CSCS
Director of Sports Performance


Bubba currently serves as the Director of Performance at Orange Lutheran High School. Prior to joining the team at OLHS, he held the position of Associate Director at Mater Dei High School, where he oversaw football, boys water polo, girls basketball, boys soccer, and track and field programs. Bubba has an extensive background, having previously served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Rainbow Warrior football team at the University of Hawaii and as the Associate Director at the University of Nevada Reno, working with multiple teams for the Wolf Pack. He began his career in strength and conditioning at his alma mater, Humboldt State University, and gained experience through an internship at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Bubba holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University, where he also competed in football and rugby. Additionally, he earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada-Reno. Bubba is certified by several reputable organizations, including the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), College Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC), and Precision Nutrition (PN1).
Amy Allegre
Amy Allegre M.S., CSCS, USAW Level 2
Sports Performance Coach

Amy is a strength and conditioning coach with over six years of experience in Division I collegiate athletics. Originally from the Bay Area, she moved down to Southern California in 2019 to become an intern at Pepperdine University. Her professional journey includes six years at Pepperdine, where she progressed from a Sports Performance Intern to a Volunteer Coach to Graduate Assistant and ultimately Assistant Director of Sports Performance. In this role, she worked primarily with Women’s Soccer and Women’s Volleyball. Before working at Pepperdine, Amy received her Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Sacramento State. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership in Higher Education along with certifications from USA Weightlifting. She believes strength and conditioning is not only about physical performance but also about building confidence, consistency, and long-term habits that support athlete success both in sport and in life.
