Athletic Clearance
New student-athletes need to create an account and profile on AthleticClearance.com.
- Athletic Clearance registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open on May 22, 2025.
- Registration must be completed before the student-athlete participates in any sport-related activity (including tryouts, summer training, in-and off-season training, practices, etc.) or by August 18, 2025, whichever comes first.

Physicals
All athletes must receive medical clearance before trying out or participating in Orange Lutheran High School athletics. A sports physical conducted by a licensed medical professional (MD or DO) is required. Please download and bring the physical form provided below to your appointment. The completed evaluation must include the doctor's signature, office stamp, and exam date.
Important: The physical must be dated after May 22, 2025.
