New Look OLu Football Debuts at Battle at the Beach 7 on 7 Tournament

Ray Fenton led the Lancers in their first competition since taking over the program in March. The Battle of the Beach is an annual 7 on 7 tournament at Edison High School, compromised of the 18 best teams in Southern California.

The Lancers went 4-0 in group play, facing Mission Viejo, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona Del Mar, and Oaks Christian with an overall point differential of +65.

They entered the playoff bracket as the 2 seed, defeated Palos Verdes 39-13 in the Quarterfinals, and eventually fell to tournament champions St. John Bosco in the semifinals.
