For the 2nd time this season, the Lancers girls water polo team can call themselves champions.  OLu downed Foothill 13-4 in yesterday's title game of the Santa Barbara Tournament of Champions.  

OLu opened up the tournament on Friday with a 16-1 win against Schurr and followed it up with an 18-6 victory over Long Beach Wilson to win group A.

In the semifinals, OLu took on Mater Dei in an all-Trinity League match.  The Lancers won 11-9.  The two will face off in league play on January 25. 

The Lancers are 15-0 overall and ranked #1 in the CIF and OC Varsity polls.  This week, they take on Rosary and a 3rd match against Foothill on Friday.
