Coach Andrew Baslow is returning for his fourth season as part of the coaching staff with Orange Lutheran Baseball. This will be his first year as the Varsity Outfield Coach. Andrew played under Coach Tom Meusborn at Chatsworth High School and graduated in 2005. During his time with the Chatsworth program, he was part of the 2003 & 2004 back-to-back CIF City Section and National Championship teams who posted California’s current state record for the longest unbeaten streak of 54-0-0 over three seasons (2003-2005). Coach Baslow went on to play two years of JUCO baseball at Cerritos College and finished his playing career at NCAA Division II California State University, Dominguez Hills, in 2010, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Andrew has deep roots throughout the game of baseball, including experience working in the front office of the Los Angeles Dodgers, coaching the UCLA Summer baseball camps, and staying active volunteering within the Manny Mota Foundation/Mota’s Faces. Coach Baslow currently resides in North Tustin, CA, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jamie, and two daughters, Wyatt Rose (6) and Rory Page (2).
