Quarterfinals here we come!
The OLu flag football team took down Redondo Union Wednesday night 50-14 to advance to the CIF SS Division 1 Quarterfinals. 12 different Lancers got in on the action with a catch last night, with 4 different players finding the endzone. Junior Makena Cook threw for 317 yards and 7 touchdowns, freshman Happy Dubois caught 4 of those touchdown passes, and sophomore Anna Paquette led the team with 11 flag pulls.
The #2 seeded Lancers will be on the road for the quarterfinals on Monday, October 27th as they travel to San Marcos in Santa Barbara. Game time still to be announced.
