The wrestling season is winding its way toward playoffs as the calendar has flipped to January. 

The Lancers compete this weekend at the 5 Counties Tournament, followed by league duals, and concludes with league finals on February 3.

This season has seen many great moments. For the girls, sophomore Jennifer Flores has won back-to-back tournaments, and freshman Sophie Garcia finished 2nd at her recent tournament.

For the boys, Peter Thompson won his 140 lb weight class at the Lancer Open. He is also ranked #41 in the state. Several other wrestlers have stood out and put in solid performances as they close in at the end of the year.
