The boys golf program made history on Tuesday, winning a share of the Trinity League title for the first time in 19 seasons after defeating Santa Margarita 179 (-1) to 184 (+4).  

Ian Shahwan shot a -3 (33), John Karges a -2 (34), and Johnny Rasmussen and Cooper Nelson each shot even par 36's.  The fifth score used was George Kridner's 40 (+4).  

The Lancers finished the regular season 12-2 overall and 8-2 in league play.  They will compete in the Division 2 CIF Team Playoff on Monday, May 15, at Riverridge Golf Course in Oxnard.
