It took all five sets, but the OLu girls volleyball team outlasted Aliso Niguel 3-2 on Saturday night to advance to the CIF Quarterfinals. After taking set 1 25-21, the Lancers dropped the next two. But down 2-1, they used their resilience and won set 4 25-21. In the decisive 5th and final set, OLu won 15-10. The Lancers will host Edison on Wednesday night at home with a semifinal spot on the line. Game time is expected at 6 pm.
